Ange fell in love with yoga in 2018 at Be Yoga, a space that moved her body, calmed her mind, and filled her soul. She now teaches and manages at Be Yoga's Renton studio. Teaching brings her joy, confidence, and deep fulfillment. Ange’s vibe: Energetic, Challenging, Uplifting.
Vision Boarding
Meet Rosie - she will be leading our vision boarding sessions.
Rosie has been a content creator for 8 years with her Instagram platform, @kaleintheclouds where she shares wellness and mental health tips, travel guides, book reviews, and craft ideas. She focuses on sharing feel good content while keeping it real.
Journaling
Meet Sienna - she will be leading our journaling sessions. Sienna Pierre is a Seattle-based content creator and chronic journaler who helps people in their twenties and beyond build lives with intention. Through her diary-style content and workshops, she uses journaling as a tool for clarity, self-discovery, and personal growth.

All meals source locally and all of their meal containers are 100% compostable in a commercial composting facility.
