  • Do you have micro events/weddings?

    Yes, of course! We love to host intimate events. Enjoy all standard venue amenities - note that this can only be booked 90 days out and must have 50% down upon signing the contract

  • What is the capacity for events?

    150 guests for all outdoor events, April through October. Micro events can be held year round outside or inside for 30 guests and under. 

  • How would I reserve my date?

    You can either call us at (360) 865-5683 or email hello@ortingmanor.com! We require a signed contract, and a save-the-date non-refundable fee of 25% of the total invoice. We hold all wedding dates for 3 days with contract signature. Without a payment we cannot hold the date any longer

  • What is the payment schedule?

    For most wedding packages, our payment schedule is equal payments of 25% at booking, 9 months prior, 6 months prior, and 90 days prior to your event. We cannot hold a date without a signed contract and deposit. We require a damage deposit on the day of your event, to be returned after. Elopements and micro weddings are 50% at booking, 50% due 30 days prior to the event. 

  • Are there overnight accomodations?

    Yes! The add-on of a night at the Manor is incredibly unique in which you can rent the Orting Manor the night before or of your wedding with accommodations for up to 16 guests. 

  • What time does music need to end?

    10:00pm, with all guests exiting at this time. 

    If you are staying overnight, pool access ends at this time as well.

    Vendors will need to exit by 11pm. 

  • What are our parking options?

    There are multiple public parking options- please e-mail hello@ortingmanor for a map.

  • Does Orting Manor have Required Caterers?

    We do not! Our only requirement is that they are a licensed, insured, full-service caterer. We have a preferred vendor list and are happy to make recommendations! 

  • Are we required to get event insurance?

    Yes. We will provide this information with our contract. 

  • Is a Wedding Planner Required?

    Yes—and you’ll be so glad you have a professional by your side.

    Your package can also now include thoughtful planning services!

  • Do you have Decor?

    Yes! We have an extensive decor inventory that is included in any of our packages! Ask us for a list!

  • Do you offer a military discount

    There is a 5% discount for all Active, NG, Reserve, and Retired Service Members. You must have a Valid ID.
